Tournament History
Since 2005, Upstream Ottawa has hosted golf tournament fundraisers in support of our Wellness Services that are not covered by core government funding. These critical services, including transportation, support groups, social events, and provision of essential resources (i.e., groceries, bedding, kitchenware), help our clients lead independent lives. In the previous two years, $65,000 was raised through the Upstream Classic Charity Golf Tournament.

2024 Tournament
This year's tournament, presented by Merkley Supply Ltd., will take place on Friday, September 6th, 2024 at the beautiful Stonebridge Golf Club.
Upstream Ottawa will have full access to the Stonebridge course for the entire day, with golfers arriving late morning for registration (10:30 a.m.) and play getting underway at 11:30 a.m. The earlier start than previous years will see golfers finishing play earlier, in plenty of time for the tournament reception, dinner, prize announcements and auctions.
The fee for golfers remains at $200, the same price as last year. This fee includes green fees, a boxed lunch, golf carts and dinner at the Stonebridge clubhouse. Golf holes will include fun events, food samples from local restaurants, and beer samples from local craft breweries. The evening reception, dinner, silent and live auctions will be MC’d by Jenni (Event Chair) and Brady from the Morning Hot Tub on The New Hot 89.9.
